Weltrio may operate an SMS/text message program to communicate service updates, appointment reminders, and health plan information to clients and their employees.

You may opt in to receive SMS messages by providing your mobile phone number directly to a Weltrio representative, by completing an enrollment or onboarding form that includes an SMS consent field, or by texting a designated keyword to our SMS short code or long code. By opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated or manually sent text messages from Weltrio.


Message Frequency:


Message frequency varies based on your enrollment status and activity. You may receive up to 4 messages per month, though frequency may be higher during active onboarding or benefit enrollment periods.


Opt-Out & Help:


You can opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us at questions@weltrio.com. Message and data rates may apply.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support of services, such as customer service, is permitted.


4. Cookies, Tracking Technologies & Analytics
